Cookies and Local Storage Notice

This notice explains what DataItemize, operated by Data Doodles Tech Pvt. Ltd. (Data Doodles Tech), stores in your browser. It applies to the DataItemize web app and sign-in pages.
The short version
- We do not use cookies.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, social-media, tracking-pixel or session-replay tools, and no third party stores anything in your browser through our app. Our app's security policy only allows the browser to connect to our own website and our own API.
- The app uses your browser's local storage and session storage only to keep you signed in and to remember choices you make on screen. This storage stays on your device; nothing in it is used to track you across other websites.
Because everything we store is needed for the service you asked for, or remembers a choice you made, we do not show a cookie consent banner.
What we store
Local storage (stays until you sign out, clear it, or we remove it):

Shared or public computers
Signing out removes your sign-in tokens and selected business from the browser. Your display preferences and any held point-of-sale carts stay on that device until they are cleared. On a shared computer, finish or clear held carts and clear your browser's site data for DataItemize when you are done.
How to clear this storage
You can clear everything DataItemize has stored by clearing "site data" or "cookies and site data" for the DataItemize website in your browser's settings. You will be signed out and your on-screen preferences and held carts on that device will be lost. Data saved in your DataItemize account is not affected.
Changes
If we ever plan to add cookies, analytics or any other technology that is not strictly necessary, we will update this notice first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before using it.
