Rentals
Know what is out, when it’s due back, and what it owes.
Rental stock leaves and comes back. The Rental Business template tracks each unit, books it for a period, refuses a booking that clashes with one already made, and works out late fees and damage when it returns.

What you can do today
Book without clashes
Reserve specific units for a period. A booking for a unit that is already out for those dates is refused.
Take a deposit
Record the deposit and refund it later with charges deducted. A setting can require the deposit before anything is handed over.
Extend a rental
Change the return date; the clash check runs again for the new period.
Return, late fees and damage
Record the condition on return. Late fees are worked out from the overdue time and can be waived; damage charges are added and the rental can be invoiced.
Remind the team
An automation rule can notify staff or send an email when rentals are due back within a set number of days.
What it doesn’t do
Worth knowing before you start. If one of these rules it out for you, tell us; it helps us decide what to build next.
- There is no customer-facing booking page; bookings are entered by your team.
- There is no calendar view of availability.
