Roles and team
Inviting people, built-in and custom roles, warehouse-level access and the audit log.
Inviting someone
Settings → Team → Invite member. Choose their role and whether they can access all businesses or specific ones. The invitation link is valid for 7 days; you can copy the link or revoke it. The number of users depends on your plan.
Built-in roles
Owner, Admin, Manager, Staff, Inventory Manager, Warehouse Staff, Sales Staff, Purchasing Staff, Accountant and Viewer. Menus and buttons only appear for actions the role allows, and the server enforces the same permissions.
Custom roles
Settings → Roles lets you create a role with exactly the permissions you choose.
Warehouse-scoped access
A member can be limited to specific warehouses — useful for branch staff who should only see and move their own branch’s stock.
Audit log
Settings → Audit Log records who changed what and when. Stock movements and audit entries cannot be edited or deleted.
Your own security
Settings → Profile & Security lets you change your password and sign out other sessions. After 10 failed sign-in attempts, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes. Two-factor authentication is not available yet.
