Imports and exports
Bringing your product list in from a spreadsheet and getting data out.
Importing products
- Save your spreadsheet as CSV (in Excel or Google Sheets: File → Save as / Download → CSV). The first row must contain column names.
- Products → Import → Choose a CSV file.
- Map columns. Common names such as Name, SKU, Barcode, Category, Type, Unit, Cost, Price, Quantity, Brand, Batch and Expiry are matched for you. Name is required.
- Validate. Rows with errors are listed with the reason. Nothing is written unless every row is valid.
- Import.
Exporting
- Products → Export downloads your product list as CSV.
- Every report has a CSV button and a Print button.
- Where the account includes API access, reports and items can also be fetched as CSV or XLSX through the API.
Exporting everything
Settings → Account & data → Export all data prepares a ZIP of CSV files: items and variants, stock balances and movements, warehouses, suppliers, customers, purchase and sales documents with their lines, payments, expenses, assets, rentals and repairs, for every business you can access. Only the owner and admins can export, and each export can be downloaded for 7 days.
What isn’t available
There is no PDF export and no saved or scheduled reports. Importing customers, suppliers or opening stock from the web app is not available yet.
